A Transaction is created by using a Template. To create a Transaction:

  1. Provide the name and description of the Transaction. The name of the Transaction is generated automatically based on the selected Template. You can edit the Transaction name and name can be up to 48 characters long.



  2. Click Continue.

  3. Provide the mail id in the Contact User. This email id is used to send notification mails emails regarding the execution of the Transaction.




  4. Click Next.

  5. The next screen would be a Routing screen. This screen appears only if the Template is created using Outbound. Provide the value of the corresponding to the variable name.

  6. Click Next to define the Source or Target application related details used in the selected Template. Click Image Removedto add a new account. Provide the details of the account and click Save

    Click Next to provide file location details. This is the location from where Transaction will pick data.

  7. Depending upon the option (Inbound or Outbound) selected in the Configuration screen while defining a Template, you need to define either Source application account details or Target application account details.

    In case, JMS is selected as a Source application in the Template you are using then you need to select the JMS Event.
  8. Click Save & Exit to save the Transaction.
