You can grant access to a particular Template to a specific Partnerspecifc Partner to allow the Partner to use it in doing Transactions. You can grant access to a Template , if and only if,

...

:

• The Template is publicly accessible, and
• The Partner to whom you are granting access is self onboarded.

To grant access:

1. Click Configure > Templates.
2. On the Templates screen, click  corresponding to the Template you want to grant access to.

3. Click Grant Access.

   
   
   
   

4. The Grant Access window appears listing all the self onboarded Partners. Click Grant Access corresponding to the Partner to grant access.
   
   
   
   

5. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.
   
   
   The Template
   Repeat steps 4 to 5 to grant access to multiple Partners. The access to the selected Partner Template is granted successfully. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.  

   Info
   A Partner can use only an activated Template. If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.
