You can create activities from Web Process Designer.  You can create activities from Repository View panel, Activity Properties panel, and using Options icon from context pad of an activity.

Steps to create Activity using Context Pad: 

1. Click the Activity and select Options Image Added icon from the context pad.

2. Click Detach Server Entity from the list to open Repository View window.

3. Click the Create Database Image Added icon for Source Database to open New Database Source window.
