You can grant Granting access to a particular Template to a specific Partner to allow the allows Partner to use it. You can grant access to a particular Template if:

• The Template is publicly accessible, and
• The Partner to whom you are granting access is self onboarded.

1. Click Configure > Templates.
2. On the Templates screen, click  corresponding to the Template you want to grant access to.

3. Click Grant Access.

   This option appears only if the Template is publicly accessible.

   
   
   
   

4. The Grant Access window appears listing all self onboarded Partners. Click Grant Access corresponding to the Partner to grant access.
   
   
   
   

5. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.

   

    

6. Repeat steps 4 to 5 to grant access to multiple Partners.

7. Click Close to close Grant Access window.
   
    The access to the Template is granted successfully. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.  

   Info
   If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.
