You can move objects (Transactions and Templates) of a user to another user. Objects will be moved to the same type of user (Business to Business and IT to IT User).
Only Company administrator and IT User have the rights to move objects.
To move objects:
- Click Account > Users.
On the Users screen, click
> Move Objects.
On the Move Objects window, select the user you want to assign objects from the drop-down list to move objects and click Move.
A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.
Click Close to close the window.
