You can transfer the ownership of the move objects (Transactions and Templates) of a User user to another User. Ownership of the objects user. Objects will be transferred moved to the same type of user (Business to Business and IT to IT userUser).
Only Company administrator and IT User have the rights to transfer ownershipmove objects.
To transfer ownershipmove objects:
- Click Account > Users.
On the Users screen, click
> Transfer Ownership Move Objects.
On the Transfer Ownership Move Objects window, select the user from the drop-down list to transfer objects to move objects and click TransferMove.
A message appears confirming objects are transferred successfullymoved successfully.
Click Close to close the ownership window.
