You can move objects of a user to another user . Objects will be moved to of the same type of user (Business to Business User and IT to IT User).
Only Company administrator and IT User have the rights to move objects.
To move objects:
- Click Account > Users.
On the Users screen, click
> Move Objects.
On the Move Objects window, select the user you want to move objects from the drop-down list and click Move.
Click Yes, when prompted to confirm.
A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.
Click Close to close the window.
