A Transaction is a connection that establishes communication between the source and the destination. To create a Transaction in Adeptia Connect, ensure that you have created a Template and it is activated. Follow these steps to create a Transaction from the Template:
- Enter the Transaction name
- Describe the Transaction
- Click Next
11. When “Run Now” the we will open the same web form which is selected in Template and user can fill the form and click on submit to run this transaction.

- Provide the name and description of the Transaction. The name and description of the Transaction are generated automatically based on the selected Template. Click Continue.
- Select the partner for whom you are creating this Transaction. All the Partners of the Network(s) to which this Template belongs will be populated in the drop-down list. Click Next.
- Provide the email id in the Contact User. This email id is used to send notification emails regarding the execution of the Transaction.
- Select the On Form Submit in the drop-down list to trigger the data transfer and click Save & Exit.
- Click Yes, turn On to activate the Transaction.
- Once Transaction is activated, click
> Run Now to open the same Web Form that is selected in Template. You can fill the Form and click Submit to run this Transaction.
- On the Dashboard window, the execution log of the Transaction will display.
