You can grant a Partner an access to a particular Template to allow the Partner to use the Template for creating a Transaction. There are two conditions for granting access to a particular Template:

• The Template is publicly accessiblemust be activated.
• The Partner to whom you are granting access is self onboarded.

1. Click Configure > Templates.

2. On the Templates screen, click > Grant Access.

   InfoThis option appears only if the Template is publicly accessible

3. On the Grant Access window, click , all the self onboarded Partners of the Network(s) for which Template is created, will be populated. Click Grant Access to the Partner to grant Template access.
   
   
   
   

4. Click Yes, grant it, when prompted to confirm.

   

    

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to grant access to multiple Partners.

6. Click Close to close the Grant Access window.
   
   This grants access to the Template. The Partner can now use this Template to create a Transaction.  

   Info
   If you grant access to a deactivated Template, when the Partner login to Adeptia Connect, the Template status will be displayed as Inactive.
