It is always advised able advisable to take the backup of your applications as in . In the case of any disaster we , you can redeploy the backups and start are the applications without much loss of time. You can also define Triggers in JSCAPE to automatically take backups of your server at regular intervals.

To configure an automatic backup:

  1. Login to the JSCAPE MFT Server Web Interface.
  2. Go to the Domains tab, select the domain, and click Edit.
  3. Select Triggers from the left pane.
  4. Click Add

    The Add Trigger window appears.
  5. Provide the name and description of the trigger.
  6. Select "Current Time" from the Event Type drop-down list.

  7. Click Next to define the trigger condition.
  8. On the Trigger Conditions, define the time when you want to perform the backup. For example, the below image shows condition to run backup on every Monday at 8 PM in the evening.

  9. Click Next to define the trigger action.
  10. On the Trigger Action window, click Add.
    The Add Action dialog box appears.
  11. On the Add Action dialog box, select "System Configuration Backup" from the Action drop-down list.
  12. Click OK.

  13. Provide the values in the required fields.
  14. Click OK.

  16. Select the trigger and click Run to verify that the backup archive is created successfully.
