Page Comparison

At times, you may require using Adeptia Suite facilitates you to use an activity from of another project in your own project, or vice-versa. The Project Activity Listing page enables you to move (an) activity(ies) . You can easily move an activity or activities from one project to another project. You can move either all activities or the selected activities of a project to another project.  

Steps to Move an Activity (ies) to another Project

1. Login as an user of the administrator group Administrator or System Admin group, or as the owner of the project.On the Project Manage page, click
2. Go to Develop > Projects.
3. Select the project from which you want to move the activities.
4. On the Project Activity Listing page, expand the required Expand the group headings to select the activity (ies) that you want to move to another project (see Figure 21).

   Info
   Move is enabled after you select an activity.

   Click Move. The system displays the Activity Move screen (see Figure 18).

5. Click Move.

6. Select the group to which you want to move the selected activities . The from the Select Group drop-down list box. The box displays all the groups within the Adeptia Suite including the administrators group (see Figure 23).

7. Click Move to Submit to move the activity. The activity All the selected activities will be moved and added to the selected group.

    

   A status application message is displayed (see Figure 24).

   A dialog box appears confirming activities are moved successfully.

8. Close the application message. The Project Activity Listing page is shown (see Figure 25).

   Info
   The current project will not display the moved activity(ies) on the Project Activity Listing page.

10. Click OK.
11. Click Back to return to the Project Manage page screen.
12. Click the project that you selected on the Move Activity page screen to view the activity(s) activities that you moved (see Figure 27).
