You must start the Kernel and WebRunner services before starting Adeptia Suite application. The services They can be started in two ways:
- As a service
- From Start menu/Desktop
Starting the Kernel and WebRunner as a Service
If you have installed Adeptia Suite as a service, you can start the Kernel and the WebRunner as a service in two ways:
- Auto: Implies that the Adeptia Suite Kernel and WebRunner services will start automatically when you start the computer.
- Manual: Implies that you have to start Adeptia Suite Kernel and WebRunner services manually.
- Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Right-click Adeptia Kernel and then click Start.
- Right-click Adeptia WebRunner and then click Start.
Starting the Kernel and WebRunner from Start Menu/Desktop
- Start Menu: Go to Start > Programs > Adeptia Suite and select the service.
- Desktop: Double-click the Adeptia Suite Kernel or and Adeptia Suite WebRunner shortcut from the desktop.
