In the Logging Level field, select either of the following options described in the given table:
This field sets the type of log that should be produced in the log file. These logs are created at the application level.
The Logging Level field appears only if the Template you are using is created by setting Routing Type to None. Else, with Routing Type selected as either Content Based or Context Based you can set the Logging Level while creating the Template(on Settings screen).
In the Repository File Retention field, select either of the following options described in the following table:
This sets the retention level for the generated Repository files (intermediate data such as source data, mapping output, target data, etc.).

DELETE ON SUCCESS EXCEPT SOURCE DATAThis is the default logging level for Repository File Retention. If you select this option then the repository files, except for the source data, gets deleted on successful execution of the Transaction.
In the Activities Logging Retention field, select either of the following options described in the following table:
This sets the logging level for each activity such as its execution time, error records, processed data (Bytes/Records), etc. These logs can be viewed in the Audit Logs of a Transaction in the Dashboard.
The Activities Logging Retention field appears only if the Template you are using is created by setting Routing Type to None. Or else, you can set the logging level for this field while creating the Template.
