After you've downloaded the export zip (EDI solution package) file containing the EDI Transactions, you can import the package by using the Import Package option under Solution Promotion feature at the target environment to deploy the solution.

After you have deployed the package, you need to grant permission to the partners partner on their its respective EDI solution project. To grant permissions, follow the steps given below.
Go to Configure > Projects.
Click the More option under the Action column to view the action menu of the projectEDI Project.
ClickGrant Access.
On the Grant Access and you will see the Grant Access page screen, in the Partner tile, click Grant Access.
On the Confirm dialog box, click Yes, grant it to provide access to the Partner.
