- Click Account > Users.
On the Users screen, click
> Move Objects.
On the The Move Objects window, select the user window appears listing all the existing projects created by the selected user. Select the project whose objects you want to move objects from the drop-down list and click Move.
and then click Next.
The list of all activities exist in the selected project(s) appears on the screen. Select the activities that you want to move and then click Next.
Select the user to whom you want to transfer the entities and click Move.
Info The role of the target user should match with that of the user from whom the entities are being moved. 
Click Yes, when prompted to confirm.
A message appears confirming objects are moved successfully.
Click Close to close the window.
This moves objects from one User to another.
