SecureBridge helps hub or a company remotely manage their Agents effectively. The SecureBridge have has two separate components, an Agent and an Agent Manager. The SecureBridge Agent is installed at the clientpartner's location whereas the Agent Manager is integrated with Adeptia Connect server from where a Hub or Company manages their agents remotely. Once the Company install the Agent on its clientpartner's location, the agent starts capturing client partner specific data on parodical basis and makes it available for the company to monitor the data using SecureBridge Agent Manager.

SecureBridge is an optional component in Adeptia Connect. The Agents installed at various locations will have limited features of the Adeptia Connect and this is driven by a license key. You can contact Adeptia Support to procure a relevant license for SecureBridge.
